Job Description:Learning & Development Operations Specialist
Summary:
Primary Location: Morristown, NJ – Onsite; Morristown, NJ – Hybrid; This position can also be Fully Remote
Function: Human Resources
What you will do:
- Content Management – Handle requests to curate content within the LMS from various stakeholders across the company.
- Event Scheduling/Management – Manage and maintain our LMS Events Calendar. Send out reminders and follow-up communications for L&D events. Maintain attendance for all classes.
- LMS Reporting - Create quarterly dashboards to report program activities. Work to correlate learning activities with other metrics/outcomes. Manage regular requests for LMS reports.
- Employee Requests – Serve as primary point of contact to answer employee and manager inquiries received in our L&D mailbox. Requests range from simple troubleshooting to complex reporting/activities. Examples include checking transcripts, locating training, updating due dates, removing training from transcripts, helping with registration of courses, etc.
- Compliance – Ensure that courses required for compliance are assigned and completed. Review and select courses for annual training in partnership with Subject Matter Experts. Set-up assignments and automate future assignments. Work with divisions that have specific compliance needs and help identify courses, create curriculum, and assign courses based on various criteria.
- Intranet Site Management – Create and update content on our L&D intranet website. Use web design techniques to enhance the user experience. Create advertisements for programs.
- Job Aids and eLearning – Create job aids for various projects in our division and other divisions. Create new courses and update existing courses.
What YOU will bring to C&F:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, IT or a related field
- Learning Management System experience strongly preferred (Cornerstone a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use/learn technology to enhance outcomes and experiences
- Proficiency in Excel strongly preferred
- Detail orientation
- Quick learner with ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot from one task to another in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $36,000 to a maximum of $82,000. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
