Job Summary and Qualifications
TIPS on average add about $3 /hr to your base pay- Base pay TIPS puts Assistant Manager at $19-$21/Hr

Assistant Managers are in charge of managing a working shift and completing a number of duties to up hold the 3 C's of Crumbl. The 3 C's of Crumbl are Cookie quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Shift leads are also responsible for ensuring each working shift is productive, efficient, and clean. We will expect our employees to represent the Crumbl brand well by bringing a smile and a positive attitude to work. Having an excellent work ethic, incredible initiative, and a positive attitude is a absolutely required part of the job. You may be asked to help with inventory, scheduling, or initiatives implemented for the whole team.

The Crumbl-Quarry location is set to open the end of March. We are looking to hire individuals that are willing to travel to one of our other location to begin training as soon as possible!

After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
