We are looking for someone with flexible availability. To come in on a graveyard shift or early morning crew to produce cookies and desserts.
Job Overview:
Crumbl is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic mixer/baker to join our team. As a mixer/baker, you will play a vital role in creating delectable cookies. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment. If you have a passion for baking and want to be part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a diverse variety of cookies and desserts
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and restock the work station and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficient in baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $12 to $13, depending on experience and qualifications.
