What we need: Assistant Personal Training Manager who supports a high-performance, high-care culture that operates with speed and urgency in delivering results through member integration, programming, and development. The Assistant Personal Training Manager is a key member of our leadership team and is responsible for assisting Personal Training Manager with daily club operations, directly managing a team of personal trainers, and delivering a “WOW” experience for everyone.
What you’ll be doing:
Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members
Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club
Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding with the goal of acquiring personal training clients
Ability to generate personal training client leads and new clients for the team
Counsel and guide members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness - Nutrition, Movement, Supplementation and Professional Assistance, in a manner consistent with their goals
Ensure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to,dotFIT program and supplements, client programming, and progress tracking.
Isolate, align, and direct resources informed by KPIs & organizational priorities with PTM assistance
Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours
Report to the General Manager and Personal Training Manager on key results and action plans
Attend all required meetings/trainings for PT staff
Maintain accurate time clock and personal training session utilization records for proper labor controls and integrity

Your skills, education, experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-2 Years as a Personal Trainer preferred
Prior Management experience leading 3-10 employees preferred
Certification in one or more of the approved Nationally Accredited Certifications listed below:
CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire

Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
