We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team and assist in the upkeep of our company's financial statements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using Microsoft Office and will be detail oriented with strong recordkeeping skills. Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Typical day in the life as a Bookkeeper:
- Use appropriate customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Maintain an organized area for workspace.
- Accurately record financial statements in order to maintain a history of the company's finances.
- Follow established procedures to process invoices and receipts.
- Keep track of daily financial transactions.
- Accurately calculate and enter data into company's accounting software.
- Compile financial reports from data.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of office processes.
- Review accounting software for accuracy and make improvements as needed.
What we are we looking for?
- High School Graduate or GED is required for all CRV Surveillance positions
- 1-2 years bookkeeper experience
