Crye-Leike® Property Management is hiring a part-time Assistant Property Manager at Brentwood, TN Branch. Assistant Property Manageris responsible for assisting with the operations of the properties to include lease renewals, property inspections, resident relations and owner relations. The overall objective of the Assistant Property Manager is to effectively assist with managing the properties in the most cost effective manner possible so as to achieve maximum net operating income.

Job Duties

  • Lease renewals
  • Resident Relations
  • Administrative Duties-Recordkeeping and Correspondence
  • Responding timely and appropriately to individual residents related to resident complaints and requests
  • Fielding questions from tenants and owners, along with follow up and resolution
  • Onboarding of tenants
  • Processing paperwork to submit to accounting
  • Coordinating renewals
  • Regular reviews of tenant ledgers
  • Collections
  • Processing paperwork for attorneys due to eviction or tenant damage
  • Maintaining vacancy and delinquency reports
  • Notification of HOA violations and resolutions
  • Connecting utilities between tenants
  • Assist property manager as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in Residential Property Management
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • Appfolio experience a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
  • Customer Service oriented - Attention to detail
  • Effectively convey ideas, images and goals to a diverse group of personalities
  • Professional presentation and demeanor at all times throughout the workday and whenever representing the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No more than 29 per week
