Director, Aftermarket Product Management
Summary/Objective
The Director of Aftermarket Product Management is responsible for all Nikkiso Cryogenic Services (NCS) Product Development and Management. This leader will manage all aspects of the NCS Product Portfolio regionally/globally to include product development, market intelligence and positioning, pricing, sales and technical training, technical support, quality, and Salesforce management as required.

- Develop and implement the NCS Product Management strategy, structure, and goals in alignment with Unit goals, setting specific KPIs to achieve success.
- Provide short- and long-range plans for optimizing the organization, function, and talent to execute strategies.
- Ensure a clearly defined Product Management structure and Product positioning by region.
- Accountable for Product Development and defining and managing the overall Service Product portfolio.
- Lead a team of Commercial and Technical Product Managers who will develop and position NCS Products in the market for business growth.
- Commercial Product Management.
- Determine all NCS pricing structures for customers per set guidelines, in alignment with Product Companies.
- Provide NCS Product sales training.
- Work closely with the NCS Sales and Business Development team to develop regional business and growth strategies and pricing, as well as gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date Salesforce information for reporting purposes.
- Provide governance for RFP responses and contract negotiation, participating in key account proposal presentations as needed.
- Become involved in the review and negotiation of contract terms and conditions as required to reduce risk.
- Technical Product Management
- Provide technical Product development, support, and training.
- Handle warranty administration.
- Prepare and distribute Service bulletins.
- Serve as Product Quality Chairs.
- Manage and convey regional market intelligence.
- Partner with the Product Companies to ensure that customer needs/values are incorporated into Product design.
- Develop processes and procedures for NCS Product Management.
- Work with Marketing to execute NCS Product Management communication and marketing strategies to include social media, presentations, press releases, brochures and other collateral, ad placements, trade show participation, etc.
- Promote Customer Focus throughout the company.
- Support QMS requirements in areas of responsibility for conformance with international requirements as well as state and federal regulations.
- Travel globally.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will lead and manage a team of Product Managers to accomplish NCS objectives. The role will also serve as a coach and mentor for others within or outside the NCS Unit.

Work primarily in office environments at company and customer sites.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented and experienced professional with a proven track record in Service environments, leading a team to provide Product Management for all NCS Products.
- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline.
- 10 years of experience in international manufacturing or industrial services.
- Experience in product companies or service companies is required.
- Previous team leadership experience required.
- Knowledge of the NCE&IG Groups products is preferred.
- Experience implementing a global product management structure is preferred.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $185,000
