Position Summary

The basic function of a 21 dealer is to provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to the casino guest. The 21 Dealer is responsible for greeting guests, dealing a clean and enjoyable blackjack game, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Gaming

  • Must be registered with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Experience

  • Dealing experience is required with the exception of attending and successfully completing Dealers School.

Skill, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to communicate with the public effectively
  • Strong cash handling skills
  • Ability to quickly and accurately calculate basic subtraction and addition
  • All dealers are able to stand for an hour at a time and provide full range of motion with their arms and fingers.
  • Must be available to and willing to work any and all shifts required
  • Must adhere to all guidelines and policies established in the Employee Handbook

Training

  • Problem Gaming Training
  • Customer Service Essentials

Benefits

  • Eligible for company insurance 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment to include medical, dental, vision, and voluntary insurance
  • Will be issued a uniform shirt and apron
  • Subject to a 90-day introductory review
