  • Perform Cold Calls, Awareness Emails and Re-Booking Requests
  • Respond to, Track and Follow-Up with Inquiries in a Timely Fashion
  • Draft, Send, and Update Proposals

PLANNING:

  • Be Knowledgeable of Food, Beverage, AV, Pricing, Packages, Policies and Procedures of Venue and Company
  • Create, Send and Update Diagrams and Banquet Event Orders
  • Greet Client and Introduce to Operations Event and Closing Team on Day of Event
  • Coordinate and Manage TimeLine on Day of Event According to BEO, Client, and Event Needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Indianapolis, IN 46225: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
