As a Production Manager (in-office), you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. This role will involve leading and developing a team of dedicated Memory Makers, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals.

- Plans, sets, and achieves Production department goals that align with the overall goals of Crystal D
- Leads from the front, by example.
- Manage and organize the production workforce to ensure that 100% of the work orders are produced on time, with the highest possible quality at lowest cost
- Strategically manages the Production Flow to ensure 100% on time delivery of with the highest possible quality at lowest cost.
- Optimize systems and processes to ensure the 100% of the work orders are produced on time, with the highest possible quality:
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically orally and in writing in the English language; also to maintain excellent interpersonal and cooperative working relationships with management, staff and clients.
- Ability to exhibit desirable and appropriate managerial behavior including integrity, ability to get along with others, team playing, industriousness, leadership, supportive communication, sense of urgency and confidentiality and independent judgment to provide for a cohesive working environment dedicated to achieving the organization’s goals.

- Completed required reading of books and articles required by Crystal D for all managers.
- Completed required management training provided by Crystal D.
- Understand, communicate and use the Production Competencies and Terminology listed below.
