Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Worker will be successful by fulfilling the following job responsibilities and values.
1. Pulls orders for production as needed per production and staging needs.
- Regularly monitors pulling schedule for orders that are ready to stage.
- Accurately counts, locates and handles inventory.
- Inspects all pieces for manufacturer defects and ensures Crystal D quality standards are met and upheld.
- Ensures orders are prioritized based on shipping schedule and production needs by continually communicating with Warehouse Manager and Storekeeper.
- Has a clean driving record with the ability to obtain, and keep, DOT certification for Light-Medium Duty Trucks with the ability to safely operate those vehicles
2. Maintains Organization and Cleanliness of the Warehouse.
- Follows preventative maintenance schedule for Forklift, Order Picker, Vehicles and JLG(s) and keep them clean and in good operating condition.
- Processes packaging and other refuse keeping the warehouse free of any debris.
- Maintains floors and in warehouse by routinely cleaning them with dry mop and floor scrubber.
- Maintains a process of continuous improvement in all warehouse practices and procedures.
3. Performs other work as assigned
- Proactively anticipates the workload of other warehouse team members and assists them to ensure all warehouse responsibilities are met, on a daily basis.

- Performs other work as assigned.
Prior Experience: This position requires a minimum of 1 year but less than 3 years in an inventory control, warehouse position.
Knowledge Requirements
To be effective, this position requires specific knowledge of warehouse operation and order fulfillment. Requires an understanding of inventory management software such as Macola Accounting software. Requires specific knowledge of a Microsoft Office 2000 or later. Knowledge is normally acquired through high school education with some college or technical or trade school credits or equivalent.
Licenses and Certifications: DOT Certification or the ability to obtain a Forklift Certification
Pay: From $18 per hour
