Position Reports to: Director of Snowsports
Positions Reporting to this Role: Multiweek Supervisors, Leads, and Instructors
Location: Crystal Mountain, Washington
Wage Range: 27.00 - 29.00 / hr DOE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Uphold, promote and support the Snowsports School vision of "fostering a community of passionate skiers and riders"
- Manage Multiweek lesson program to include registration, guest and staff communication, coordination with school programs, coordinating bus/transportation, staff scheduling, staff hiring
- Create and update lesson products in Siriusware and Inntopia
- Work with Multiweek Supervisor to coordinate multiweek lesson area operations
- Observe lessons on hill to ensure quality service is provided and report training needs back to training staff
- Act as part of Snowsports leadership team to develop and implement employee engagement program, service standards, product development/review, and budgeting
- Provide mid-season and end of season performance reviews of Multiweek staff in conjunction with Multiweek supervisor team
- Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Five years plus experience in Snowsports operations preferred
- Must have experience in Office products. Experience with Siriusware and Inntopia a plus
- Prefer Level 3 PSIA or AASI with a strong training background, minimum level 2
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills at all levels
- Leadership skills with the ability to assess, motivate and train staff
