Crystal Vision Center is looking for an Optician Assistant to join our team in Dallas. We are a well-established regional business and are growing rapidly. We are looking for a personable, hardworking individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with selecting appropriate eyewear frames and maintaining ongoing eye health care needs.
- Contact Lens patient training insertion & removal.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Work with doctors to ensure proper eye care is provided to patients.
- Work with other staff members to ensure that the store is clean and organized.
Crystal Vision Center in Dallas has an immediate opening for a full-time and part-time Optician Assistant. We need help assisting our valued patients with their eyeglasses/contact lenses selections and to support patients' visit with the optometrist. We are looking for someone who is personable, helpful, and would enjoy assisting patients in a professional/retail office setting. Some job requirements: assisting patients, scheduling appointments, insurance authorizations, fitting eyewear, order processing. Pay: $14.80 - $17.30 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
