· Assists Project Manager with the following but not limited to:
· The planning and implementation of projects
· Ordering building materials from vendors
· Communicating with sub contractors
· Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
· Analyzing costs and budgets as required
· Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, entering invoices into software, collecting payment
· Manage relationships with trade partners, vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
· Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
SKILLS:
· The ability to work well in a team environment is also essential for this position.
· Good attitude and excellent communication skills
· Competence and organizational skills
Driver's License Required
