Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet walk-ins and answer phones providing exceptional customer service while managing various tasks. This role requires 3-5 years of experience with phones and directing phone calls, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming calls, and directing calls to the proper person in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with strong time management skills.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 3-5 years of experience with phones and directing phone calls is a must.
