Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, filing, and data entry.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Quickbooks Desktop) and office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management.
- Experience with order entry and file management.
