Looking for an energetic project manager to plan, coordinate, implement and finalize projects according to the specifications and deadlines, all while keeping the project within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the efforts of all project activities and personnel
• Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints
• Review all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, scope of work, and construction schedule
• Acquire a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives
• Create and manage the project plan and schedule
• Function as the focal point for internal and external project communication and documentation
• Routinely meet with internal teams and clients to review on-going projects
• Coordinate turn-over and onboarding of project to service department when project concludes, and provide training to the client
• Travel to various job sites required, as needed

Required Skills and Background

• 2 years project management experience
• Will possess or acquire a fundamental understanding of AV system functionality and installation process and techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot and engage subject matter experts when needed to resolve conflicts related to delays, technical challenges, or any other project related issues
• Ability to read and understand project technical documents, including engineering and architectural drawings, punch lists, schedules, and scopes of work
• Effective time management and attention to detail
• AV industry experience is preferred

Must be punctual, able to meet deadlines, detail oriented and possess superb organizational skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should express good communication/people skills and above all have a positive attitude!
