We offer high quality professional Sound, Video & Teleconferencing systems for major clients in the following markets: healthcare, hospitality, Houses of Worship (Churches, Temples, etc.), corporate, retail, government, and more.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Service Technician responsible for professionally installing and servicing Audio Visual systems into client facilities, with the highest level of integrity and commitment.Maintain personal inventory of necessary hand tools to perform required workAV Troubleshooting with various systemsDiagnosis and repairReturning systems to operational statusInstall equipment properly to meet (or exceed) CSAV standardsFollow through on all paperwork to keep client information organized and easily maintainedQualificationsKnowledge in: Soundcraft, DBX, JBL, Polycom, Crestron, Aurora, etc. Additional knowledge includes Sound Reinforcement Systems, Live Performance Systems, Teleconferencing Systems, and Video Presentation SystemsIT Background Knowledge is a plusDriver’s license required1-2 years of Field Service Tech experience preferred (training available)Knowledge of control software and programmingAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
