CSC’s National Customer Service Team is seeking a leader to join a team of individuals who are responsible for providing the ultimate customer service experience. Customers contact us through phones, chats, and emails to ask questions and to ask for our help in getting things done. It’s our job to get it done and to earn customer promoters and repeat business through each and every interaction. You'll be expected and empowered to find your own innovative solutions to challenges faced by some of the world's leading companies. You bring the passion and drive to develop teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and we'll give you the freedom to explore, experiment, and implement out-of-the-box ideas.
Here’s a very short list of things we do for customers:
- We help customers form companies – we also help them merge and dissolve companies
- We file annual reports, business licenses, and help them pay their taxes
- We answer questions about their invoices
- We are the experts on UCC filings
- We accept service of process on their behalf
- We maintain their entities and keep them in compliance with all types of filings
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need :
- A passion for customer service
- A proven track record of leading individuals in a customer service environment (5 years of experience)
- The wherewithal to roll up their sleeves, understand the process, and “think on their feet”
- The ability to change direction when things aren’t working
- The ability to collaborate with others and keep multiple teams in sync
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Saleforce.com experience is a plus!
