Position Summary
The HR Platform Specialist has HR knowledge and experience, and their primary role is to coordinate, build and support client implementation within our HR platform for our payroll clients.
General Statement of Duties
Plan and execute HR implementation projects to ensure the HR implementation process is carried out from inception to completion
Efficiently manage the workload to meet operational requirements of the HR department
Gather, interpret and implement client data into the HR platform
Provide comprehensive HR platform assistance and training to clients and internal staff
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reviewing professional publications and attending training webinars
Provide quality customer service, maintain positive and strong relationships with clients and staff
Perform additional duties as required
