Field Service Technician

Job Duties:

You’ll be responsible for your own territory, assigned a company vehicle, and can leave directly from your home to start your day.

Troubleshooting mechanical and technological repairs on commercial appliances (washing machines, dryers and air vending machines) ; proactively managing maintenance requirements to keep machines working reliably, reducing the need for future service calls.

Maintaining a stock of parts in your company vehicle so you’re always prepared to provide a quick solution and caring for your vehicle as if it were your own.

Instruct customers and/or clients how to operate appliances and equipment in a safe and effective manner.

Testing out equipment to make sure it’s fully functioning before you leave.

Keeping delivery locations clean and safe - a quick yet important part of our Best-in-Class service.

Qualifications:

CSC adheres to New York City’s Vaccine Mandate

High School Diploma or equivalent

An active driver’s license is required
-
Military experience is not required, but it is welcome and appreciated here

Mechanical/electrical experience, knowledge or a motivated inner handyman is helpful
