International Tax Accountant
CSC is US privately owned company with offices over 30 countries, and a leading provider of business services.
Following a transformative global acquisition, a new role has been created, of International Tax Accountant reporting to the International Tax Manager in London. This role will encompass a wide range of compliance and reporting tasks, for the expanded tax group, outside of the US.

Some of the things you will be doing:
For Heritage CSC International entities (DBS BU)
- Financial reporting
- Preparation and/or review of non-US current and deferred tax provisions for month and year end reporting.
- Review of Transfer Pricing adjustments for month end and year end.
- Reconcile balance sheet positions with roll forward
- Assistance with tax notes and other tax related disclosures for financial statements.
- Tax compliance
- Work with tax advisers to provide information and other assistance necessary for the submission of local tax returns.
- Work with tax advisers to provide information and other assistance necessary for the submission of local files for Transfer Pricing purposes.
- Calculation and/or verification of worldwide corporation tax payments.
International Group
- Financial Reporting
- Support in production of international dashboard
- Tax Compliance
- Work with US tax colleagues to provide support and documentation required for US tax reporting and IRS submissions.
- Assist with gathering of tax information from local jurisdiction accounts teams.
- Assist with management of the worldwide non-US compliance burden, including return submission, payment of instalments and other requirements
- Systems & Controls
- Assist with the transition from outsourced production of tax returns to in-house, initially in the UK, with a possibility of expansion to other jurisdictions.
- Assist in improvement of appropriate processes and controls to improve efficiency.
- Other adhoc support
What technical skills and experience are preferable?
- Experience with posting journals and producing reports using Oracle EPM or similar system.
- Preparation, review and analysis of excel and other spreadsheets of a similar nature.
- Ability to monitor and adhere to deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
- Readiness to work with multiple different teams to gain the information necessary to perform he tasks required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong accounting and analytical skills while being detail oriented and having the ability to multi-task
