You will provide support to customers to assist in the resolution of issues raised following their SLAs You will allocate tasks between development staff you will work with the TechOps Team, DevOps Team, and QA Team You will support the Development Teams in their daily usage of our cloud platform Take an on-call shift for production support out of business hours with a normal rotation You should have Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria – unlike majority candidates meeting fewer requirements.
