- The BDM will be responsible for building market position through the following activities: locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- The BDM must be able to clearly articulate Global Services capabilities and service values to both internal and external customers.
- Successful track record in software services sales Experienced in selling in any verticals like Financial Services, Hi-tech, Retail, Gaming and etc..
Responsibilities
- Communicating with new business / accounts to convert them into happy Customers.
- Building and maintaining a steady pipeline of new business.
- Working efficiently to prioritize inbound inquiries and outbound sales.
- Make daily / weekly outbound calls and emails to named accounts to get meetings.
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by adding value during every customer touchpoint.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest.
- Achieving Monthly, Quarterly quotas and hitting sales targets.
- Able to work odd hours and have prior experience working with a international team such as India, China or EU teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science or related industry experience.
- 4-5 years of sales experience in the Information Technology, Financial or solution Services 2-4 years of experience selling IT services with an offshore component.
- A people personality with very good to Excellent Speaking / Writing skills. Having a 2nd language is good to have but not a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
