Description of Position:
You will be the face of the office for visitors. As our Accounting Clerk/Certification Specialist
you will answer phones, greet visitors, post rent checks, process accounts payable and act as the certification specialist for 1 property. The certification specialist processes applicants on the waiting list, verifies their income and then yearly, recertifies their income to determine their rent.
