 This is a DIRECT HIRE Role! Our client is currently seeking an experienced .NET Software Engineering Manager who has great communication skills and leadership skills. This position requires equal management and hands on coding responsibilities.

 Comfortable in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial team environment with the ability to make progress on goals and deadlines without micromanagement. This person will manage 2 Scrum Teams, each team will have 3-5 Engineers, 6-10 direct Engineers would report to this person.

Required education/skills

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field required or equivalent experience

1. 8 years of relevant work experience and 1 year of proven leadership responsibility

1. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

1. Ability to build and sustain trust through relationships with others

1. General knowledge of other related principles
