Our client is ranked among the top medical schools for primary care education by U.S. News & World Report that’s looking for a Network Engineering Lead to join their team. This is a 6-month duration contract position.
Job Summary:
The ideal Network Engineering Lead candidate will
be highly proficient in the technical aspects of network administration, including Cisco Systems, VPNs, and more. This position will be directly involved in the on-going testing, monitoring, and architecture of the expanding work. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Feature Selection – Support customer determining feature sets that best suit their needs
Review current network to validate features and total number of leaf devices required
SOW review to accommodate total number of network devices
Dev/POC Lab Deployment – create a test lab with pertinent design concepts to perform testing for crucial Innovation Artery Architecture solutions prior to Production implementation
Infrastructure design – Dell switch Boarder Leaf, Spine, Super Spine
Sonic OS
Ansible Server Build Out
Ansible Scripting
VxLAN/eVPN – implementation
OSPF / BGP design
Test plan for production implementation
Super Spine

Final hands-on review of the Artery Innovation Enterprise network with customer engineering staff
