Our client based in Lakewood, NJ is seeking an experience Senior NetSuite Administrator to join the team. This role is remote with 10-25% travel required to Northeast, Maryland and Lakewood, NJ for go lives & project work.
Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Senior NetSuite Admin to oversee the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the company’s NetSuite ERP solution. You will be the primary IT practitioner within the organization and will be supported by a team of managed service providers who you will partner with to manage the company's ERP solution. As a Senior member of the team, you will be configuring and maintaining the software so they can maximize their workflow and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- NetSuite administration including master data management, order to cash processes, and reporting.
- Lead implementation of enhancements of Order to Cash solution as well as Phase 2 and beyond efforts.
- Resource should be able to manage third-party system implementation partners and corresponding project schedule
- Own ERP roadmap including assessing and identifying areas of improvement and requirements based on business requirements of all departments.
- Partner with managed service providers to:
- Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software as it pertains to NetSuite ERP
- Identify needs for upgrades, configurations, or new systems, and report to upper management
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as manager or senior resource serving mid-market organizations
- Experience in implementation of NetSuite ERP & WMS or similar systems.
- 5 years of experience working with NetSuite
- Experience developing and managing operational dashboard using native NetSuite and Tableau.
- Must have experience with NetSuite configuration such as script failures and managing custom fields
- Experience working with ERPs and WMS systems. Preferably NetSuite or Oracle.
- Must have experience managing 3rd party service providers
- Excellent organizational, leadership skills, and decision-making skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
- BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
