Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Description: Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an EXPERIENCE Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators for WEEKENDS ONLY at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Work Hours/Highlights: Full-Time – Weekends Only – 12-Hr Night Shift. Will work 24 hours from 3:30 pm Friday thru 7:30 am Monday but will be paid for 30 hours per week. All shifts will be every weekend, plus holidays. All colleagues will be paid an additional differential during 24 hours worked and base pay during additional 6 non-worked hours. Also eligible for all shift differentials during 24 hours worked Additional hourly specialty pay is added to base pay compensation for Experience Nurses with one (1) or more years of experience. You Will Be Responsible For the following: The Registered Nurse in ICU provides care for patients that need advanced monitoring, increased observation, invasive equipment, and administration of complex medications. Under general supervision, the ICU RN implements goals of individualized quality care for adolescent, adult, and later adult populations. You will work on an award-winning 22-bed unit in a Level 1 Trauma Facility with a growing ECMO Program. Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred. Registered Nurse Licensure (RN): Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Connecticut. Experience: 1-3 years of ICU nursing experience is required BLS or CPR certification: Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross will be accepted.
