Job Summary
The Document Control role will provide support to project Data Management. Communication is essential with project team (management, engineering, subcontractors, etc.)
Status: Exempt
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Advanced knowledge of desktop software such as Adept, MS Excel, Visio, and Word.
- Good knowledge of engineering, procurement, and constructions documentation.
- Experience related to working with engineering contractor partners and joint venture partners.
- Knowledge and experience in understanding and interpreting Client specifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational skills, judgment, and flexibility.
- Ability to adapt to change, working under pressure, and managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Occasionally working/attending meetings in different time slots during the day in support of global project execution.
- Interface with overseas co-workers and coordination to support daily execution activities related to Document Control.
- Comply with all CTCI Company and HSE procedures and policies.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-7 Years of work-related experience
- Document Management technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Safety
- Follow all company and client operating procedures, standards, policies, and training to ensure safe and efficient operation on the site.
- Actively participate in the CTCI safety program by correcting or reporting unsafe acts and/or conditions
- Take part in and support HSE initiatives
Salary: DOE
