Job Description:
Account Coordinators are an essential part of our Inside Sales Teams. This position is responsible for coordinating with various vendors by e-mail, phone, and the web to procure price quotes on items our customers have requested. In addition, you will also be trained to use an ERP system which includes data entry, data look ups, order status etc.
After mastering the basics, candidates will be trained to process and place orders, respond to customer inquiries, source products on the market, apply markups, solve conflicts, and facilitate order shipments.

Lastly, this is an in-office, cubicle and computer based role so you can expect prolonged sitting in front of a computer daily.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain pricing and lead-times on requested products; must be comfortable making phone calls (no cold calling) and be able send e-mails quickly
- Establish and maintain sound professional relationships with suppliers and customers with a focus on building rapport for continued support
- Communicate, negotiate, and place orders with suppliers
- Effectively organize sales documents and maintain and efficient workflow
Additional responsibilities:
- Understand company core business of aircraft parts and materials trading
- Other office clerical based duties as assigned such as filing, sorting, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and a desire to learn
- 2 years office/inside sales experience
- Comfortable with aggregating and sorting data with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems – Inventory Management, Purchasing or Sales Preferred but not a Must
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Organized, attentive to detail, able to produce consistently high-quality work
- Team player with good judgment, tact, and strong interpersonal skills
- Good business acumen and common sense
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and able to work effectively with cross-regional teams in a multi-cultural environment
Working Conditions:
This position works in an air conditioned office with cubicles. The majority of essential functions are performed using a computer and a phone.
Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM (Flexible)

Pay: $39,520.00 - $45,760.00 per year
