CTG is seeking an experienced Cerner Charge Services Analyst for remote work after an initial onsite knowledge transfer period of 2-4 weeks.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Provide application support services for Cerner HIM,ProFile, ChartXR, Dolby Fusion CAC, EMPI, ChartWise, and Quick (by Huron

• Uses functional knowledge in Cerner’s Health Information Management and Enterprise Master Patient Index Solutions to support client operations

• Hands on troubleshooting of Chart Tracking, Deficiency Management, Task Queues, Chart Completion, Message Center, Request Manager, EAD- Enterprise Access Directory, Record Combines, and Reconciliation processes.

• Identification and Resolution of complex system issues

• Meet service level agreements for incidents and requests in the Remedy ticketing system

• Participates in team meetings, project meetings, and other client meetings upon invitation

• Submits a weekly status report

REQUIRED SKILLS

Primary

• 3 years’ experience in build and support of Cerner HIM

• Build in Cerner’s Health Information Management and Enterprise Master Patient Index Solutions to support client operations

• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate resolutions to customer

• In depth knowledge of HIM workflows

• Experience with 340b

• Acute and Ambulatory experience preferred

• Experience with charge reconciliation from electronic reports

Secondary

• Experience in the following complementary systems: ProFile, ChartXR, Dolby Fusion CAC, EMOI, ChartWise, and Quick (by Huron

• Experience on an acquisitions team

• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management

On Call Rotations will be required
