CTG is looking for an Epic PB/PB Claims Analyst for our large healthcare client in Georgia!
Project Duration:1 year – start 1/16/2023
Project Location:Remote, EST Time Zone
Job Title:Epic Professional Billing/PB Claims Analyst
Description:Full-time (consulting position)

Summary:
Provide Epic PB/PB Claims application support (work tickets, service/change requests, routine maintenance), while client focuses on important initiatives.
Knowledge transfer will be performed remotely.
Monday - Friday 8a-5p ET, No after-hours on-call.
Required Skills:
- PB and PB Claims Certification required
HB Certification a Plus.
- PB
• Troubleshoot issues with PB the WQ
• Update Fee Schedule (Fri) - Production
• Research all WQ errors to WQ 140 and WQ 119 (see below)
- PB Claims
• Troubleshoot issues with Claim Errors in the WQ
• Monitor the incoming PB Claims Queue and evaluate
• Troubleshoot issues with Cash Drawers
• Troubleshoot Point of service Payment Collection
• Claim Edit WQ Maintenance
• Security (ECL, EMP) Updates
