CTG is seeking an experienced ERP Program Director to in preparation for an ERP rollout for our client based in the Mid-Atlantic!
Project Duration: 1 year
Project Location: Remote with possible travel as needed to Roanoake, VA
Job Title: ERP Program Director
Description: Full-time contract
Job Summary:
• Provide key strategic direction to leadership and c-suite related to ERP implementation
• Help determine implementation approach and focus on key issues
• Define project plan and tracking of key metrics
• Ability to interface with PMO and drive project strategy
• Able to function independently within technical and organizational area (s) of specialization
• May assume group and/or large project management as assigned. Provides support and guidance to all levels of functional management throughout organization, acting in the capacity of functional, business or information consultant
• Solves complex technical or organizational problems utilizing knowledge in area (s) of specialization. Instructs and mentors others in the organization within area (s) of specialization
Requirements:
• Previous ERP Program Director experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Program Director facilitating ERP implementations
• Experience with multiple End to End Workday or Oracle ERP implementations
• PMI certified preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent written skills
• Ability to interact with C-Suite of leadership
