What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at CTG?
CTG is looking for a Program Coordinator to support our client in Maine & New Hampshire. The Program Coordinator will support the implementation and operations of key technologies being deployed.
Position: Project Coordinator, Part time(up to 30 hours a week)
Contract Length: 8 months
Location: Should be local to Maine or New Hampshire area. Ability to Drive to local lab locations is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with implementation and roll out of key projects to various lab locations.
- Collaborate in a team environment.
- Train and implement key technologies throughout laboratory sites.
- Monitoring the success of key roll out of new technology.
- Strong communication and general correspondence to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Effectively prioritize and complete assigned tasks and projects.
- Tracks and monitors progress of Implementation including stakeholder acceptance and engagement on programs.
- Reporting as required
Skills:
- Strong PC and Microsoft knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
- Ability and desire to learn new systems a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- External communication and support of customers required.
- Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects required.
- Ability to analyze data and use basic reasoning skills
- Must be a team player and willingness to work in team environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology and lab environment preferred
- Maintains confidentiality and uses only the minimum amount of protected health information (PHI) necessary to accomplish job related responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours (AM/PM) as needed to support rollout of technology for various lab sites.
