Key Responsibilities:
Lease Administration:
- Manage the leasing process from marketing to move-ins.
- Ensure lease compliance and handle renewals and terminations.
Tenant Relations:
- Be the go-to person for resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Organize engaging resident events monthly to enhance community spirit.
Property Maintenance:
- Oversee routine maintenance and implement preventative programs.
- Ensure properties meet quality standards and address issues promptly.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage property budgets with a focus on revenue and expense control.
- Monitor rent collections, address delinquencies, and optimize property income.
Marketing and Outreach:
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Represent the property at community events and maintain positive relationships.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and regulations at all levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes affecting property management.
Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on property performance and financial metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing property performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. (Preferred)
- We are looking for a property manager with at least 4-5 years of experience. Experience managing luxury properties is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
