· Workdirectlywithvendorstoensuretimelyprocurementanddelivery

· Leadeffortsforbillingearlyandcollectingoften

· Conductregularsitevisitstomonitorprogressandaddressissues

· Developandmaintainstrongclientandemployeerelationships

· Assistleadershipintheplanningoffuturelabor/materialneedsoftheproject

· Provideconsistentreportsandupdatestoseniormanagement

· Forecastfinancialdirectiontocoursecorrectasneeded

· Developprojectscopesandbudgets

· ManageRFPsandChangeManagementForms

· Mentorsubordinatestosupporttheirdevelopment

Required:

· 3 years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience

· 1 yearsbuildinglargescale,complexIT/Telecommunications Infrastructure projects, including DataCenters installations

· Experience with DataCenter electrical distribution systems,cabling,andwhitespacefit-out

· Experience withretrofitsinoperationalfacilitiesandcross-disciplinecriticalfacilitysystems

· Strong computer skills and quicktolearnnewsystems

· Abilitytoworkcalmlyunderdeadlinesandexternalpressure

· Effectiveschedulinganddelegationtoaccomplishtasksontime

· Commitmenttocontinuousimprovementofcommunication,organizationandleadershipskills

· Tactfulconflictresolutionandproblemsolvingabilities

· Bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedfield(ProjectManagement,ConstructionManagement,Business,Engineering,etc.),pairedwithindustryexperienceORanoverallappropriatecombinationofcertification(s),experience,andeducation(journeymanormasterelectrician’slicense)

· ProjectManagementProfessional(PMP) or PMI-SchedulingProfessional(SP)

· ExperiencewithGoogleSuite,Salesforce,andConEst

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
