CTR Group is seeking Accountants throughout the Newport News, VA area. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Reviews all project-related invoices.
- Reviews and investigates all expenses related to projects.
- Creates all project-related billings to customers.
- Reviews monthly project reports for accuracy and reports discrepancies.
- Monitors contract funding vs. spend.
- Reviews costs allocated to projects.
Qualifications (Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Certifications/Licenses):
- Minimum of 5-years of applicable experience.
- Proficiency in electronic accounting systems, such as Quickbooks.
- Proficiency in preparing project budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
- Extensive experience in project invoicing and billing.
- Excellent communication skills toward effective collaboration and client services.
