Job Duties

• Project oversight- timeline, budget, and team management

• Submitting permits and ensuring all phases are completed pre-inspection

• Available for change orders confirmation, inspections, and revisions

• Managing CRM, Task, and Project management software (Rehab Valuator). Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems. Managing a client database and preparing reports.

• Ordering supplies and coordinating delivery timelines with vendors and subcontractors

• Performing other duties as assigned

• Occasionally be on-site to coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

• Focus on New Build and Construction but possible fix and flip or BRRRR projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual ( English and Spanish) required

• Should have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license

• Willing to travel to the job site as needed, anywhere in northern AZ

• Must possess great communication skills and customer service

• Proficiency in CRM and/project management software

• Familiar with invoicing, PO, and permitting process

• Accustomed to varying and overlapping timelines

• Must be highly organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be punctual and willing to be coachable and eager to develop and/or improve work skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
