The Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the wingman our clients rely on, building and maintaining strong relationships along the way. From pre-sales to ongoing account management, you'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met while providing exceptional service. Success in this role can be found through managing the following key responsibilities:

  • Nurture client relationships; becoming a trusted advisor to guide your accounts through onboarding, training, and ensuring their ongoing success (defined as "when they achieve their desired result though their relationship with us").
  • Provide top-tier support via phone and email.
  • Accurately document each client interaction in our CRM (Zoho).
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns/needs and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success strategies are implemented effectively and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives, showcasing your initiative and autonomy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
