- Dishwashing oversight
- Food Assembly
- Equipment care and management
- Receiving and Product Organization
- HACCP Compliance
- Adhering to Health Department Regulations
What you should bring to the table:
1. Be 18 years or older
2. Current Food Handler's Permit
3. Food experience preferred, but if you're awesome we'll train you
4. You like to have fun. Fun is non-negotiable.
