Position Title: Logistics Manager
Department: Operations
Reports to: VP Professional Services
Overall responsibility:
This is a multi-faceted position that drives supply chain execution. This position has responsibilities in diverse functions including planning, purchasing, logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain analytics.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- Schedules inbound, outbound, and indirect freight logistics
- Executes order release and fulfillment in ERP systems
- Manages international logistics
- Drives cost reduction efforts through various logistics strategies
- Maintains and adjusts shipment schedules
- Identifies and drives solutions for process improvements related to shipping and logistics
- Analyze costs and approve invoices for logistics functions
- Participate in inventory management – receiving, tracking, audit
- Support warehouse management
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient in Excel. Experience with v-lookups, pivot tables, macros preferred

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Position Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management (or relevant field)
- 3 years plus experience in Logistics/Supply Chain related position
