Job Title: Fine Dining Server
Hourly Rate: $22.00/hr
Shift Dates: February 2nd (3:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.)
Location: Dallas, TX

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of fine dining experience preferred
- Must have a thorough understanding of upscale banquet service and the required steps of service
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs when needed
- Attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining a sanitary environment
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle cleaning duties
- Basic understanding of recycling practices
- Commitment to environmental cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have: Pressed Black Button-down shirt, Black tie and vest, Black slacks, Black shoes and socks. Neatly groomed with NO facial piercings or visible tattoos.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with a quality dining experience in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner
- Proper greeting of customers when arriving to present with menu and immediate beverage orders
- Work as a team with other servers to safely, and efficiently set up and break down buffets or other special food service tables and equipment
- Perform wait and service standards within specific time frames
- Full knowledge of all menu items
- Assist our guests as needed to ensure a pleasurable and memorable dining experience for repeat business
- Address and attend to customers' concerns, issues, or questions immediately, or immediately involve the manager on duty
- Efficiently complete prep and side work to maintain an orderly and clean station during events
