What are the responsibilities and job description for the RESTAURANT SERVER position at Culinaire?
CULINAIRE is in search for experienced RESTAURANT SERVERS to work with an amazing team at the Meyerson Symphony Center that located in the heart of downtown Dallas.
A few important job responsibilities:
- Provide guests with quality dining experience in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
- Proper greeting of customers when arriving to present with menu and immediate beverage orders
- Perform wait and service standards within specific time frames or in a timely manner
- Full knowledge of all menu items to present to the customers and to provide suggestions for pairing and upselling
- Proper order input to kitchen for minimal to no errors
- Assist our guest as needed ensure a pleasurable and memorable dining experience for repeat business
- Address and attend to customers’ concerns, issues, or questions immediately, or immediately involve MOD
- Proper cash handling on all transactions
- Clear, properly clean and set tables for quick turnaround
- Complete all side work as required
- Create a team oriented environment to eliminate any conflict
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills to exceed customer expectations
- Manage performance in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and behavior
- Carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
- Alcohol and Food Handler Certified a plus
