Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Logistics Analyst 2 in Morton, IL. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $22/hr including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay. Position Contributions to Work Group
As a Logistics Analyst on the EPC team, youll scope, design, and operate day-to-day services and coordinate problem resolution with both internal and external business partners. Candidate Value Proposition Why this Role?

The skill set acquired in this role is broader than that of other roles and teams, providing a comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chain operations. Typical Day or Week in the Role Typical Task Breakdown:
Transacting day-to-day order management and supply chain operations.
Monitoring data quality and master data of applicable systems.
Driving order management and work queue processes with Service Providers.
Developing processes and adhering to transportation standards.
Participating in process improvement projects with internal and external customers. Interaction with Team:
Collaboration with a global team (locations in Morton, India, Europe), with a significant amount of independent work. Work Environment:
Office Environment. Candidate Requirements Education & Experience Required
Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
3 years of experience in transportation and/or logistics. Technical Skills Required:
Experience with Microsoft-based applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (specifically Excel application functionality experience with data analysis, V Lookups, and pivot tables to make data-driven decisions).
Experience With SAP. Desired
Experience with CMOPS, MACH1, GT Nexus, TIS, TVS, DOCS, and Power BI. Soft Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
Ability to communicate clearly in a global environment.
Proven customer focus and management skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively solve complex problems.
