The Opportunity: The RN Supervisor with Venza Care at Cullman Health Care Center is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that patient care is delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. You will be the linchpin in our efforts to provide superior healthcare services and the mentor for our nursing team as they look to you for leadership and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care services by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Evaluate nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
• Monitor patient care for quality.
• Assist with patient care as needed and respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.
• Serve as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments.
• Mentor and guide nursing staff, facilitating professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with the state board of nursing.
• BSN degree preferred, with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software systems.
