The Manager is budgeted to plan, develop, and implement the goals and objectives of the organization. They manage the operations of the program, oversee the training of staff, implement quality assurance, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and funding source guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing the contract, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, terms, and conditions. This includes reviewing and interpreting contract requirements, managing contract modifications, and resolving any issues that may arise within the ICF.
· Oversee the financial aspects of the ICF, including budgeting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost control measures are in place. This would involve monitoring financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and forecasting future budget needs.
· Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors involved in the unaccompanied minor facility operations. This includes coordinating activities, monitoring performance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may impact the contract's successful execution.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
· Responsible for monitoring compliance, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation related to the contract and providing to external and internal parties.
· Serve as the main point of contact between the Office of Refugee Resettlement, facility staff, vendors, and subcontractors. Effective communication and coordination with these stakeholders is essential for successful contract execution.
· Assist in the evacuation of youth as needed due to inclement weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen occurrences.
· Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field with (5) five years supervisory experience.
OR
· Master’s degree in social services or related field with (2) two years supervisory experience.
· Must be computer literate.
· Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
· Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
· Possess a valid Driver’s License.
· Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
· Ability to successfully clear a background check.
· Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
· Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
