Culmen International is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Department of State’s Global Antiterrorism Assistance Program contract. The position is based in Alexandria, VA.

The Operations Manager (OM) will be responsible for day-to-day management and supervision of the performance and implementation of task orders and subsequent training requests. The OM leads actions performed by the contractor and coordinates directly with ATA on operational issues. The OM implements training orders as agreed and supervise all assigned contractor personnel. The OM communicates regularly with ATA program representatives to meet training order requirements. The OM shall manage staffing and equipment priorities in coordination with the TC and/or designated personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or substantial, demonstrated expertise in operational management, international training, or civilian security training programs
- 5 years of experience managing overseas programs or projects, preferably involving training services for foreign law enforcement or other non-U.S. personnel
- 5 years supervisory experience responsible for operational management of up to 50 subordinate staff and intermittent contractors
