Who We Are
The mission of the Citizen Ambassador Program is to develop high-level professional exchange programs in the fields of Medicine, Education, Social Sciences, Law, Technology and Environmental Science. Our team will be focused on ensuring that each delegation has a meaningful professional education experience, guided by the delegation leaders and the professional association they represent. We identify areas of the world that offer a field specific compelling opportunity for bilateral exchange. Our team drives the innovation and position of the programs, develops the program concepts, coordinates with the professional leader, prepares the delegation members for the exchange and manages the experience.

To be successful in this job, you will need to be able to think out of the box, see opportunities for professional development in countries around the world, be confident in working with high-level professionals and represent the Citizen Ambassador Program and Cultural Vistas as the leader in developing professional exchanges to build professional relationships with counterparts around the globe.
You will need to be detailed oriented, self-motivated, confident in your abilities, and observant of world situations.
This job will require regular in-person/in-office work in the Washington, DC headquarters.
What You’ll Do

  • Your job will be to support the launch of the Citizen Ambassador Programs at Cultural Vistas, often creating new processes to streamline program development and manage delegation professional and cultural program delivery.
  • You will be integral to the Business Development process, tracking program ideas, researching candidate organizations, developing effective communications to convey the value of the professional development opportunity to client organizations.
  • You will manage the pipeline of organizations to ensure we meet or exceed our revenue contributions to Cultural Vistas.
  • You will support the Program Director in the building of the business model within Cultural Vistas organizational structure and deliver a quality, high-level, professional experience that is unique to a professional exchange of this level.
