Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Franchise Development Coordinator to join our Franchise Development team. This role is responsible for performing detailed and confidential administrative coordination and general support to the Franchisee development process.

- Maintain, organize and manage documents and data in the Franchise Management System, and run status reports as needed
- Prepare weekly development update reports and distribute appropriately
- Assist with compiling and sending Franchise development application materials
- Run confidential credit and background reports and upload to Franchise Management System
- Assist with new and mentee Franchisee candidates including scheduling assessments, invoicing, sending candidate communications and calendar appointments, and collecting candidate information
- Assist with Franchisee expansion requests including compiling and organizing Operations Support and Accounting documents and following up as needed
- Assist with the collection, organization and review/validation of documents needed for Franchise agreements
- Support a variety of department communications and follow up with Franchisees/candidates as they work through the development process
- Support department special projects and other duties as assigned
- Two years of post-secondary education in a legal, real estate or financial field and three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical abilities and experience working with software programs including MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Professional
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task with changing priorities
- Strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
